PAYMENT?

We accept payment via PayPal, as well as American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa via Squarespace's payment partner, Stripe. Learn more about Stripe’s securityfraud prevention, and privacy policies.

Do you charge sales tax?

The State of New Jersey (where we moved from Brooklyn) mandates that we collect state sales tax of 6.625% for all orders shipped within the Garden State. If you don't live in New Jersey, you don't pay it.

SHIPPING CARRIER?

We ship via the United States Postal Service Priority on Mondays and Thursdays, more often during the holiday shopping season. Shipping time typically takes two to four days to your destination. Please make sure your address is correct: wrong addresses are usually the primary culprit for delayed packages.

CAN I GET IT TOMORROW?

We can't guarantee expedited shipping for a variety of reasons, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Reach out via Contact page before placing your order if expediting shipping is required for the order.

I LIVE IN LONDON. DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

Sadly, no. Due to covid-19, our shipping partners are limiting our ability to ship internationally, so we are currently only shipping within the United States. Unhappy with that answer? We hope to ship internationally in due course. Please let us know, and we might be able to work something out: reach out via our Contact page.

HOW ARE THE PRINTS PACKED FOR SHIPPING?

We delicately roll each print, carefully place it into a plastic sleeve, and insert it into a 3’’ round heavy-duty industrial-grade shipping tube manufactured by the tube professionals of Yazoo Mills from New Oxford, Pennsylvania, USA.

Please be careful when removing the plastic end caps and taking your print from the tube. We are not responsible for any damage to prints during removal from the tube.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns. If a print arrives damaged due to shipping or packaging, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We'll respond within 24 hours to get the process started to get you a replacement.

DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS?

Sadly due to the havoc covid wrought on supply chains and shipping, we are no longer offering discounts to the trade. That said, we adore our trade professionals, interior designers, design editorialists, style bloggers, Instagram tastemakers and Airbnb hosts looking to spruce up their offerings.

Yes! We love seeing our work on the big and small screen. Please give us a holler to get the ball rolling.
